1. Identify the types of successions in international law, in particular in “the Regulation” referred to in the document, and compare them with the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code provisions.
2. Draw up a terminology chart with both systems including terms like: will, deceased, testator, heir, probate, ab intestate, legacy, among others.
3. Identify verbatim quotes and provide Spanish official version thereof, as in ”applies to successions regarding the deceased persons estates (art. 1, para. 1)".
4. Translate paragraph 1, from “§ 4. The Scope of the Regulation” up to “issues with punctual character.10”.
